Free weight loss diet
I have eczema and I have not heard that a diet without wheat and dairy free after help. I also I have asthma. Also trying to lose weight. . Any other hearing or tried this stuff? Any information could also help some tips on how to start a diet like this would be great. Thank you very much. After talking with others on the web, I found the answer. The possibility exists that a diet free of wheat, will help your eczema and that is why. Dermititis herpetiformis (DH) is often misdiagnosed as eczema. DH is a condition that reacts to gluten found in wheat, rye and barley and things made from these grains. It does all kinds of skin problems that may appear several different things one is eczema. I had hives for 10 years and have always had skin problems and asthma completely understood, when I went to a gluten-free diet. The first thing you have to do is get tested for DH and celiac disease with blood tests and skin biopsy and possibly an endoscopic examination. Do not stop eating gluten until the end of the test or tests show false negative results. After testing is complete and the doctor says you have one or the other, following a gluten-free diet. If the test is inconclusive or negative, you can still try a gluten free diet to exclude gluten intolerance or allergy non-DH/CD gluten. Plan for 2-3 months in the diet to see results, but with skin conditions can take longer. How to start a gluten free diet The easiest way to start is simply to eat. Clean your kitchen utensils and crockery / dinner well and put all foods that contain gluten in a box away from the kitchen to avoid falling into temptation. You can have all fruits and vegetables you want, unprocessed fresh meat, fish, chicken, eggs, cheese are all acceptable. Add potatoes and rice starch instead of bread, pasta, etc. You can use frozen meat and vegetables, provided they have no added sauce or juice. That will give you a variety of foods that really do not have to worry about reading labels. Once settled in this then you can start learning the routine of reading labels, look for gluten-free substitutes for all you gave up you're missing and learn to cook with new ingredients. That's a pretty long answer and only touches the highlights so if it raises more questions, contact me here.
